Warehouse

Receive it. Shelve it. Pick it. Count it. Bill it.

A warehouse system that stands on its own — no trucks needed. Stock you can promise against, customer goods you can account for, and storage billed off the same records.

Goods in

Receive against the order, onto a real shelf.

  • Purchase orders, received line by line — over the order too, once confirmed
  • A pallet plan per receipt, with a label printed for every pallet
  • Lots, with a condition grade where the goods have one
  • Delivery note and supplier invoice checked against the order before you pay — supplier returns netted in

Stock you can promise

One figure per article, per warehouse, that the whole office trusts.

  • On-hand per article and per warehouse, every movement on the ledger
  • Reserved goods are held, so the same pallet is never promised twice
  • Reorder rules per warehouse that draft the purchase order when stock crosses its point
  • Pallets, kilos, litres or pieces — plus pack levels with their GTINs, variants and kits

Every pallet has an address

Floor plans down to the rack and the yard spot.

  • Floor plans with sections, racks, zones and yards with numbered spots
  • Every pallet a handling unit: where it stands and what is on it
  • Scan any code — pallet, location, SSCC or GTIN — and the right record opens
  • One label format for every pallet, location and order

Pick and ship

From the confirmed order to the signed collection.

  • Pick lists that take whole pallets first, then the oldest stock
  • Staged pallets, and the signed collection list is the stock-out
  • Customer returns taken on the sale, back on the shelf at their condition grade
  • Rental items go out on the same stock and come back graded

Other people’s goods

For 3PL: answer for every pallet while you hold it.

  • Customer goods in custody, with a sealed, barcoded goods receipt note
  • Where each customer’s goods stand, in one picture
  • Storage billed per pallet-day off the custody ledger — never twice
  • Customers see their own goods in their portal, and nobody else’s

Counts that hold up

Count part of the warehouse without stopping it.

  • Counts scoped to a warehouse, a zone or a list of articles
  • Blind counts when you want them
  • Reviewed and approved before anything posts
  • The pallets and the ledger corrected in the same step

Add transport when you need it

When goods start leaving on your own trucks or a carrier’s, transport runs on the same stock and the same customers — nothing to migrate, nothing re-typed. Invoices go to Fortnox or Visma eAccounting either way.
