Questions, answered
Are all features really included on every plan?+
Yes, within each module. A transport plan runs all of transport — booking, planning, dispatch, the driver app, eCMR and invoicing. The warehouse is its own module with its own plans, free to start; run it alone or beside transport on one subscription. Plans differ only by scale. You pay for scale, not capabilities.
What does a driver cost?+
The driver app has no separate fee. On Free every vehicle comes with two driver seats. On the paid plans a driver is billed like a back-office user — 100 kr a month on FLOW and SCALE, 75 kr on FLEET — and a person who is both is billed once. Route planning and runs are unlimited.
What counts as an operation?+
An operation is a transport booking created during the month. Routes and runs are unlimited and never counted.
Is there a lock-in contract?+
No. Monthly billing, no lock-in, cancel anytime. Every customer gets an isolated per-tenant database within the EU.
How is FLOW priced?+
FLOW is 495 kr a month plus 100 kr per user, 100 kr per driver and 75 kr per vehicle, with 300 operations a month included. SCALE and FLEET have a higher monthly base and lower rates per user and vehicle, so they pay off as your fleet grows.
