Are all features really included on every plan?+
Yes. Every plan runs the full platform — transport, warehouse and intelligence. Plans differ only by scale: vehicles, monthly operations and back-office users. You pay for scale, not capabilities.
Is the driver app really free?+
Yes — the driver app is included on every plan, with no separate app fee. Every vehicle comes with two driver seats; extra seats are 49 kr each on paid plans. Route planning and runs are unlimited too.
What counts as an operation?+
An operation is a transport booking created during the month. Routes and runs are unlimited and never counted.
Is there a lock-in contract?+
No. Monthly billing, no lock-in, cancel anytime. Every customer gets an isolated per-tenant database within the EU.
How is FLOW priced?+
FLOW is priced per back-office user — 199 kr each per month — with a minimum of 995 kr a month that includes the first 5 users. Beyond those 5, each additional user is 199 kr. SCALE and FLEET switch to a flat monthly rate as your team grows.
