Jedna platforma, od rezerwacji po dostawę
Transport, magazyn i inteligencja w jednym źródle prawdy. Włączaj kolejne moduły w miarę rozwoju.
Quote, plan the day, and prove every delivery.
- Quotations become bookings without re-typing — send an offer, the customer confirms, the job exists
- Drag bookings onto trucks; the system flags what will not fit before you commit
- Groupage, multi-drop and hub leg-splitting, each with its own paperwork
- Subcontract to carriers with matching and cost estimation, not a phone round
- Tolls across 20+ country regimes, distance and fuel costed before you quote
- Every truck and trailer with a known position on one live map
- Signed proof of delivery on the driver’s phone — sealed, hashed and timestamped
- Incidents and corrective actions tracked as tasks, not as inbox threads

Stock figures you can actually promise against.
- A product catalogue, purchase orders and goods-in that lands on a real shelf
- On-hand per article and per warehouse, with every movement on an audit trail
- Reserved goods are held, so the same pallet is never promised twice
- Customer goods held in custody, with a sealed, barcoded goods receipt note
- Warehouse goods and workshop parts share one set of shelf figures
- Count in what you actually count in — pallets, kilos, litres or pieces
- Check the delivery note and the supplier invoice against the order before you pay
- Floor plans, zones and locations, so a pallet has an address and not a guess

The system says no before the mistake costs you.
- Routes judged against real limits — driver hours, vehicle class, delivery windows
- A load that must not ride with the one already aboard is refused, not warned about
- Roadworthiness and tachograph expiry stop a run; insurance and ATP raise an alert
- Know which truck is due a service, on distance or on the calendar
- A failed inspection grounds the vehicle, and a critical defect keeps it grounded
- One set of numbers the whole office reads from, updated as the day happens
- The right person is told — in the app, by push or by email, and nobody else is pinged
- A formal route risk assessment over route, vehicle, driver and conditions

Built to the rulebook, not around it
European road transport is governed by rules that decide whether a run is legal before it is profitable. navichain enforces 26 of them at the point of work — when a driver is assigned, a vehicle is picked, a route is checked — rather than leaving them to a checklist somebody remembers.
- Regulation 561/2006Driver hours, rest periods and break rules
- Driving bansCountry weekend, holiday and night-time restrictions
- Directive 96/53/ECMaximum weights and dimensions, with per-country LHV overrides
- Axle weight limitsPer-axle enforcement by country

- CMR ConventionInternational road consignment note (Geneva 1956)
- Directive 2014/47/EUTechnical roadside inspection standards

- Euro emission classesEURO 3–6/VI/EEV for toll and environmental compliance
- European toll systems20+ country-specific toll regimes
- Driver CPC / YKBProfessional competence, ADR, GDP and DGR certifications

- Regulation 1072/2009Cabotage — 3 operations in 7 days, then a cooling-off
- Mobility Package IDriver and vehicle return cycles, posting rules
- Directive 2002/15/ECWorking time, including non-driving work
- Regulation 165/2014Smart tachograph type and calibration tracking

Each rule is applied on a specific screen — driver assignment, vehicle assignment, route feasibility, cost estimation or the mobile inspection. The in-app documentation names which, rule by rule.
And the rest of what runs the business
The modules above are where the day happens. These are the surfaces around them.
The driver app
navichain 365 on iOS and Android — the cab half of the system, included on every plan.
- Today’s stops, navigation and one-tap status updates
- Signatures, photos and failed-delivery reasons captured on the spot
- Daily walk-around checks that open a defect when something fails
- Barcode scanning, shared documents and per-stop cargo manifests
- Dangerous-goods particulars scoped to the stop the driver is at
Digital CMR
The consignment note as a document you can defend, not a form you print.
- Issued to the CMR Convention (Geneva 1956)
- Sealed once: the PDF is hashed and timestamped, and reprints serve the sealed copy
- A QR code resolves to a verification page for whoever is holding the paper
- A multi-drop booking produces one note per delivery, each naming its own consignee
- Re-issue supersedes leg by leg, and the superseded note stays on the record
Customer portal
Your customers serve themselves instead of emailing your dispatchers.
- They book and track their own shipments, on web or in the app
- Documents, proof of delivery and invoices, self-serve
- Goods you hold in custody for them, visible to them and nobody else
- Shipment notifications in their own portal, scoped to their organization
- API keys so larger customers integrate directly
Fleet & workshop
Vehicles, trailers and equipment, from purchase to the day they are sold.
- Trucks, trailers and equipment with specs, documents and compliance dates
- Work orders from open to closed, with parts taken off the shelf as they are used
- Maintenance scheduled on distance or calendar, per maintenance type
- Defects opened from inspections, deferred with an owner and a deadline
- Workshops, parts inventory and supplier purchase orders in the same place
Pricing & billing
From a price sheet to a posted invoice without a spreadsheet in the middle.
- Services and price sheets, by weight, distance, time or geographic zone
- Multi-currency with exchange rates, and one currency per invoice enforced
- Invoice a booking, merge several, or bill a whole period in one pass
- Issued invoices are sealed; cancelling one raises a credit note
- Accounting sync — Visma, QuickBooks and Tripletex
Integrations & API
A REST API built for ERP and TMS integration, plus the freight networks you already use.
- API keys with scopes; bookings, organizations, tracking and document endpoints
- Webhooks, rate limits and an audit trail on every call
- Freight partners — Opter, LogTrade, EDIFACT and Fraktjakt
- GPS telematics, with Traccar-compatible devices
- Maps, routing and toll estimation from HERE
Access & tenancy
Multi-tenant by design, which is why the boundaries are explicit.
- An isolated per-tenant database, within the EU
- Roles and claim-based permissions, per user and per department
- Two-factor authentication for administrators
- A document library with categories and per-record attachments
- A field-level audit trail on the records that matter
Planning aids
The small things that decide whether a plan survives contact with the day.
- Zones, hubs, depots and terminals as first-class places
- Rest areas and secure parking along the route
- A weather overlay for planning around severe conditions
- Consolidation and hub routing for loads that change vehicle mid-journey
- A dispatch board and a planning sheet for the shapes each planner prefers
