Digital CMR

- Sealed once: the PDF is hashed and timestamped, and reprints serve the sealed copy
- A QR code resolves to a verification page for whoever is holding the paper
- A multi-drop booking produces one note per delivery, each naming its own consignee
- Re-issue supersedes leg by leg, and the superseded note stays on the record
