Cabotage (domestic transport performed by a foreign haulage company) is strictly limited. 1. 3 Trips: Max 3 cabotage operations. 2. 7 Days: Within 7 days after the incoming international delivery. 3. 4-Day Cooling-Off: Once the quota is used, the truck must leave the host country and cannot return for cabotage for 4 days ("Cooling-Off").
