Pricing & Billing

Do you offer an annual discount for the software?

We do not offer annual lock-ins. Traditional logistics software forces you to pay upfront for annual licenses, which means you bleed money when trucks are parked or drivers are sick. Our platform is built for absolute agility β€” we bill on a rolling 24-hour pro-rata basis. You only pay for exactly what you use at the end of every month, giving you ultimate flexibility to scale up or down without tying up cash flow.

My drivers work night shifts spanning midnight. Will I be charged for two days?

No. Node licenses are billed per started 24-hour cycle based on a rolling UTC window triggered by the first action. A shift from 20:00 to 04:00 counts as a single cycle β€” no unfair calendar-day penalties.

Can subscription prices change?

Yes. As we expand our AI features and routing infrastructure, we reserve the right to modify prices. Any price increases will be communicated in writing at least 30 days in advance, giving you the right to terminate before the new rates apply.

Can two dispatchers share one login to save on fees?

Absolutely not. Sharing a single User account is strictly prohibited. This is a legal requirement to ensure a compliant audit trail for e-CMR signatures and system changes. Our system uses anti-overlap logic to detect and enforce this.


Starter (Free) Tier

Is the Starter tier just a temporary trial?

No. The Starter tier is a permanent, fully operational freemium tier β€” not a 14-day or 30-day trial. As long as your operation stays below 2 Nodes and within the Starter NCC quota (approximately 50 bookings per month), you can use the system at zero cost for as long as the Starter tier program remains active.

Will I have the Free Starter tier forever?

Your Starter tier is free for as long as the program remains active, provided you are actively using it. To maintain GDPR compliance and server performance, we routinely clean up abandoned accounts β€” if a free account has zero login activity for 90 days, it may be permanently deleted. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier in the future, with 30 days' advance notice so you can safely upgrade or export your data.


Infrastructure & Compute Credits

What is an NCC, and what happens if we have a busy month?

NCC stands for Navichain Compute Credits. Every paid Node contributes a fixed amount of NCCs to a generous shared company pool. This quota is designed to easily cover standard daily operations (including AI extraction and routing). If you exceed the pool during a seasonal peak, your operations will not stop β€” overages are billed automatically at the actual rate per excess credit.

How does the Enterprise Base Fee benefit large 3PLs?

The 2,990 SEK/mo Enterprise Base Fee unlocks corporate architecture (SSO, Multi-Entity Management). More importantly, 50% of this base fee is injected directly into your monthly NCC Quota pool. Enterprise customers rely on automated "headless" API integrations (e.g., SAP), and this compute capacity injection ensures automated operations are comfortably covered without triggering overages.


Devices & Hardware

We use our own smartphones and tablets in the trucks. Is that supported?

Yes. The navichain mobile app operates entirely on your users' own devices (Bring Your Own Device). It is fully compatible with standard Android and iOS smartphones and tablets β€” no special hardware required.

What is the HaaS tracking device?

Our HaaS tracking device is dedicated vehicle tracking and telemetry hardware, intrinsically connected to the navichain system right out of the box. It requires no additional equipment, SIM cards, or screens. It is provided on a Hardware-as-a-Service basis β€” the device remains the property of Navichain and gives you tamper-proof, hardwired fleet visibility.

How does the HaaS contract work?

To cover hardware and connectivity costs, each HaaS device requires a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months. If you terminate early, the remaining balance becomes due immediately. Upon termination, devices must be returned.

What if a HaaS tracking device breaks?

Warranty is tied to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). If the manufacturer covers the defect (e.g., factory hardware failure), we cover the replacement. If damage is not covered by the manufacturer (physical damage, water damage, improper installation), you are responsible for the replacement cost.


Subcontractors

I hire a casual subcontractor for a single assignment. Do I need a full monthly license?

No. This is exactly what the Agility Tier (Track B) is for. Dispatch the assignment and pay a flat 7 SEK. The subcontractor downloads the mobile app, executes the delivery, and you pay nothing further.
