The Document Visibility Dashboard provides an at-a-glance overview of user engagement with critical documents. Located within each user’s detail page, this feature empowers administrators with enhanced transparency and control over document dissemination and acknowledgment.

  • Dynamic Grid Display: A clear and concise grid presents a comprehensive view of all documents currently in “Approved” or “Approved and read by all users” status.
  • User-Centric View: The grid specifically focuses on the selected user’s interaction with these documents.
  • Read Status Indicators: Each document entry in the grid includes a clear visual indicator of the user’s read status:
    • Read: A distinct visual cue (e.g., a green checkmark) indicates the user has opened and viewed the document.
    • Unread: A contrasting visual cue (e.g., a gray or red icon) indicates the document has not yet been accessed by the user.
  • Intuitive Sorting and Filtering: Administrators can easily sort the grid by document name, date, or status to quickly locate specific information.
