Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the wp-import-export-lite domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. Document Visibility Dashboard

The Document Visibility Dashboard provides an at-a-glance overview of user engagement with critical documents. Located within each user’s detail page, this feature empowers administrators with enhanced transparency and control over document dissemination and acknowledgment.

Key Functionality:

  • Dynamic Grid Display: A clear and concise grid presents a comprehensive view of all documents currently in “Approved” or “Approved and read by all users” status.
  • User-Centric View: The grid specifically focuses on the selected user’s interaction with these documents.
  • Read Status Indicators: Each document entry in the grid includes a clear visual indicator of the user’s read status:
    • Read: A distinct visual cue (e.g., a green checkmark) indicates the user has opened and viewed the document.
    • Unread: A contrasting visual cue (e.g., a gray or red icon) indicates the document has not yet been accessed by the user.
  • Intuitive Sorting and Filtering: Administrators can easily sort the grid by document name, date, or status to quickly locate specific information.
  • Streamlined Document Access: Direct links to each document within the grid enable quick access for administrators to review content or address user questions.

Benefits:

  • Enhanced Accountability: Ensure critical documents are acknowledged by all relevant personnel.
  • Improved Communication: Identify potential communication gaps and proactively address unread documents.
  • Increased Efficiency: Save time and effort by quickly determining which users have reviewed essential information.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Gain valuable insights into user engagement with company documents and policies.
  • Reduced Risk: Minimize the risk of non-compliance or misunderstandings due to unread documents.

Selling Points:

  • Gain valuable insights into document readership and identify potential communication bottlenecks.
  • Streamline document management and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Enhance compliance and reduce risk by ensuring key personnel acknowledge important information.
