navichain Transport makes it easy to handle order reception of transport assignments. The function for order reception and booking of transport assignments is designed so that you choose the customer, pick-up location, delivery city, specify the goods and enter other information about the transport assignment.
When you have registered a customer or an address, they are saved in the customer register and the address register. Then you do not have to re-write all the details, but you can just pick this from the system’s register.
If you receive transport assignments from an external system, navichain can easily be connected to this, so that the assignment is automatically created in navichain. In this way, you do not have to register the assignment manually.
