# Navichain

> Navichain is a cloud-based Transport Management System (TMS) for logistics companies. It covers booking management, route optimization, fleet & driver management, e-CMR digital consignment notes, EU 561/2006 driving-time compliance, and a driver mobile app for iOS and Android. ## Pricing model (summary)

- **Starter** — Free, up to 2 nodes and ~50 bookings/month. Permanent freemium tier (subject to abandonment cleanup at 90 days inactivity).
- **Pro Node** — From 199 SEK / month per node. Billed pro-rata on a rolling 24-hour cycle (no annual lock-in, no double-counting of cross-midnight shifts).
- **Enterprise Base** — 2,990 SEK / month. Unlocks SSO, multi-entity management; 50% of the base fee is injected into the shared NCC compute-credit pool.
- **Agility (per-assignment)** — Flat 7 SEK per dispatched assignment for casual subcontractors. No per-user license required for the subcontractor.
- **HaaS tracking device** — Hardware-as-a-Service with a 12-month minimum commitment. Devices remain Navichain property and are returned on termination.

NCC = Navichain Compute Credits. Each paid Node contributes a fixed amount of NCC to a shared monthly pool that covers AI extraction, routing, and automated operations. Overages are billed per excess credit and never block service.
